VOLUNTEER

VOLUNTEERS MUST BE AGE 13 AND UP

We are a 501(c)(3) organization which means all volunteer service is considered community service. Some events may require meeting attendance prior to to the event/activity for preparation by zoom or in-person depending on the level of training needed. You will be notified of upcoming events and choose whether you will be able to serve prior to and/or during that event.

Event Volunteer :
You will serve as a volunteer at events.

Parent Volunteer:
You will have the opportunity to:

Volunteer at Born2bfree events.

Community Service:
Those who serve as a "Community Service Volunteer " will be given specific duties to ensure the requirements of the community service are met. The days and times are adjusted according to the volunteer's availability and the organization's need. Groups are welcomed, please contact us to volunteer as a group/organization/company.

 Staff Volunteer: You will serve as an active part of Born2BFree as your schedule allows. Dedication to the mission and integrity is required. This involves:

Assist with planning events, programs, activities, etc.
Implementing and
Serving at events and
Assistance in the overall administrative behind the scene work, as needed.
Monthly meeting(s) attendance is required (normally the 2nd Saturday of each month from 9 am - 11 am) to work, bond, plan with other volunteer workers and receive updates regarding the organization.

Background check is required
For our teens and young adult 's safety those convicted of crimes of moral turpitude such as sexual assault, murder, child abuse, etc. will not be allowed to volunteer.
