    I acknowledge that Born2BFree, Inc. is a non-profit organization and I desire to be a part of and commit to the vision of this organization.  I also understand that any and  all ideas that are shared in the meetings  (whether one-on-one discussions or group)  are confidential and that I am agreeing that I will not share any information nor discuss with others outside to Born2bfree, Inc. until released to do so by the Born2BFree. Inc.  Executive Board and/or Born2BFree, Inc.  President.  I further understand that any and all material and monetary funds gathered or produced on behalf of Born2BFree, Inc. belongs to Born2BFree, Inc.  and will be given/related to Born2BFree, Inc. for use and/or deposit.   

    I understand that Born2bfree is a faith-based nonprofit  organization which means faith-based content and communication will  be included in and around this organization.  

    I agree to notify Born2BFree, Inc. in writing via 1st class mail or email should my circumstances change where I can no longer participate/volunteer with this organization.   I also understand the submission of this application is not automatic acceptance.    I understand that I will be notified  of acceptance once a background check is complete.
