Born2BFree host several events throughout the year. If you would like to be a vendor at our upcoming events, please complete the agreement below and someone will contact you as soon as possible. Spaces are limited, so reserve your booth/table today. Please DO NOT pay your fee until you have been contacted and approved by our office (all funds submitted for vendor booth rental are non-refundable). No alcohol or tobacco products allowed.

Vendor booths will run from 2 to 6 hours depending on the event. All booths must be completely disassembled and all inventory removed by the time specified on the follow-up email you will receive.

Terms & Payment:

* Once approved as a vendor by the Born2BFree office, payment is due within ten (10) days of approval date. Important Note:   All payments for booth rental(s) are non-refundable. Again, please wait for approval prior to submitting your payment. To be included in promotion on our website you must return your logo and other required information no
later than 3 weeks prior to the event.
Once approved, payments may be submitted   by debit/credit card by clicking donate at the top of this page, or through Cashapp: $Born2BFree .   (Please do not pay until you are approved by our office since your    payment is non-refundable).
*    As a vendor, you are asked to provide a free service or item (For example a free t-shirt, free samples, etc.).

I have read and understand the above agreement. I will not hold Born2BFree or its staff and volunteers responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen merchandise. Vendors will hold their own licenses and insurance and will provide a copy if asked.
