DO NOT PAY THE VENDOR DONATION UNTIL YOU ARE APPROVED. DONATIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Born2BFree host several events throughout the year. If you would like to be a vendor at our upcoming events, please complete the agreement below and someone will contact you as soon as possible. Spaces are limited, so reserve your booth/table today. Please DO NOT pay your fee until you have been contacted and approved by our office (all funds submitted for vendor booth rental are non-refundable). No alcohol or tobacco products allowed.

Vendor booths will run from 2 to 6 hours depending on the event. All booths must be completely disassembled and all inventory removed by the time specified on the follow-up email you will receive.

Terms & Payment:

* Once approved as a vendor by the Born2BFree office, payment is due within ten (10) days of approval date. Important Note:   All payments for booth rental(s) are non-refundable. Again, please wait for approval prior to submitting your payment. To be included in promotion on our website you must return your Agreement no
later than 3 weeks prior to the event.
Once approved, payments may be submitted   by debit/credit card by clicking donate at the top of this page, through Cashapp: $Born2BFree or checks payable to Born2BFree or you may send payment to 1332 Teasley Lane, Suite 160, Denton, Texas 76205.   (Please do not pay until you are approved by our office since your    payment is non-refundable).
*    As a vendor, you are asked to provide a free service or item (For example a free t-shirt, free samples, etc.).

I have read and understand the above agreement. I will not hold Born2BFree or its staff and volunteers responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen merchandise. Vendors will hold their own licenses and insurance and will provide a copy if asked.
