Theresa "Terri" Donsbach
Terri Donsbach, LCSW-S, is the new Executive Director for Youth and Family Counseling, in Lewisville and Denton. She began her career in the 1990’s in non-profit, providing therapy for Trauma, Abuse, Sexual Offenders and as a Batterers Facilitator. Since that time, she has done Hospice, Forensic evaluations, Court assessments, and inpatient/outpatient care. She has been an adjunct Professor at the University of South Florida, and moved into management in the late 90’s. Since being in Texas, she was the Practice Manager for UTSW’s Department of Psychiatry, and the Clinical Director and Risk/PI Director for two UHS hospitals in Denton. She is extremely excited to be returning to Non-profit work, where she believes that true Community Mental Health work is best completed.
Joseph Anthony IV
Joseph Alexander Anthony IV is a young man of purpose, a tenacious worshipper, gifted communicator and emerging leader. He has traveled domestically and abroad sharing his signature style and passionate vocal prowess.
He currently resides in Irving, Texas and serves as a worship leader, music facilitator and graphic designer for The Potter’s House of North Dallas. He also heads a successful marketing business of his own, Jaylite Publications, LLC. To that end, Joseph has been the creative force behind a reputable corporate and celebrity clientele, and has shared the stage with some of the greatest names in Gospel music and ministry. Queen Kumfa Smith
Queen Smith was born and raised in Cameroon, West Africa. Both her upbringing and background have afforded her the opportunity to understand diversity and relate to people from different nationalities and walks of life. She loves Jesus, her family and others, In ministry, Queen is know best for her real and passionate application of God's word and bring stories in the Bible to life.
Queen is a graduate of UT Tyler and Liberty University, and holds a Master of Arts in Human Services. Queen is married to her best friend, Rickie Smith and together they have a beautiful daughter. |

Desmond Blair
Desmond Blair is not your usual speaker, teacher and passionate artist; he is a problem solver and has been since childhood. Blair had to learn how to write since he was born without fingers. Due to his tenacity, determination, and staying focused; he went from crayons to paint brushes and from drawing stick figures to portraits while graduating from high school at the age of 16 years old.
Blair’s story has been featured in the Los Angeles Times, Jet Magazine, NBC 5 Midday, Dallas Morning News, CW33, and other various media outlets. Desmond is a is a transformer that will change your life once you hear his riveting and compelling story of life lessons that can be immediately applied. Blair earned his degree from University of Texas at Dallas and later received his Masters of Fine Arts in Art and Technology with a focus on the development of computer graphics and the study/analysis of emerging media trends. After graduation he found himself teaching at UTD and is now working for the Texas Scottish Rite Hospital in the Information Technology Department. Shaniqua Baker
Shaniqua Baker was born and raised in Denton, TX. She graduated from Prairie View A & M University in 2009 and is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work at the University of Houston. She has been a teacher for 7 years. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, dancing and shopping. Shaniqua's passion for dancing began at the age of 13 and because of it she was the leader and choreographer of youth dance ministry at Macedonia Ministries church of Lewisville, Texas. She is currently is a member of Church Without Walls under Pastor Ralph West in Houston, Texas where she enjoys dancing with the praise dance team in her spare time. She is married to her best friend, Morrel Baker.
Bobby Hicks, Jr.
Bobby Hicks, Jr. is from Dallas, Texas. He is the worship and youth Pastor at Morse Street Baptist Church. Bobby Hicks formerly served as assistant to the Pastor at Bibleway Bible church of Dallas, Texas. He attended Dallas Baptist University where he studied Music and Christian Education.
He believes it is import to know and use your uniqueness for a greater purpose. Bobby Hicks is married and enjoys spending time with his wife and family. |

D'Andrea Collins
D'Andrea Collins was born and raised in Texas. She currently works for the Department of Public Safety and is a part time Realtor. D'Andrea developed a passion for dance at the young age of 15. She has performed various styles of dance including Lyrical, Modern, Jazz, Hip Hop and Liturgical. D'Andrea is a member of St. Emmanuel Baptist Church and is an active member of Young Adult Ministry.
Morrel Baker
Morrel Baker III was born and raised in Houston, TX. He graduated in 2008 from Xavier University in Ohio. He also served 4 years in the United States Army. He is currently pursuing his Master of Leadership and Management at Concordia University St. Paul. His occupation is a field service engineer. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, traveling, cooking, reading, electronics/video games and spending time with his wife, Shaniqua Baker.
Mark Ayers, Jr.
Mark Ayers is a native of Dallas, Texas. Mark Ayers graduated from Howard Payne University in 2008 where he studied Criminal Justice Administration. He went on to study music and communication at University of Texas at Arlington. Mark is a lover of music and believes in not constricting praise and worship to one sound but using his creative abilities to recreate the sound of worship with the fusion of contemporary music and gospel.
Mark Ayers is married with one son and enjoys playing, singing, and writing music, watching and playing sports and spending time with his family. |
