PRESENTERS INSTRUCTIONS AND MUSIC SUBMISSION

We are excited you are sharing your time and knowledge with us.    ​To ensure every presentation  runs smoothly and on time, all presenters should submit their music in advance at least  5 days before the event.    Please bring a backup copy of your presentation on at least one (1)  of the following: 

• USB flash drive
• Smartphone 
• Secondary device.

Presenters are asked to arrive no later than 50 minutes prior to the start of the event to allow time  to meet with sound technician   and   final instructions.
