MAKE-UP ARTIST VOLUNTEER

Help Bring Confidence to the Runway!
Born2BFree, Inc. is seeking talented volunteer makeup artists to help our models look and feel their best during our upcoming fashion show. If you enjoy using your creativity to make a positive impact in the community, we invite you to donate your time and talent to this special event.
As a nonprofit organization, this is an unpaid volunteer opportunity. Your generous service directly supports our mission of empowering teens and young adults through leadership, creativity, and community engagement.

Day-of-Event Expectations

Volunteer makeup artists are expected to:

Arrive on time at the designated check-in location at the scheduled arrival time.
Attend the volunteer briefing before makeup services begin.
Bring your own professional makeup kit, brushes, applicators, mirrors, and any other tools needed to complete assigned looks.
Practice proper sanitation and hygiene by disinfecting brushes, tools, and products between each model.
Follow the Fashion Show Director's instructions regarding makeup themes, colors, and timelines.
Complete makeup applications within the assigned schedule to ensure the event stays on time.
Work professionally and respectfully with models, designers, photographers, and fellow volunteers.
Be prepared to perform touch-ups before the runway presentation and, if requested, during the event. (You may leave after make-up is completed and come back no later than one hour before the show begins.)
Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe makeup area throughout the event.
Dress in professional black attire (or other designated volunteer attire) with comfortable closed-toe shoes.
Wear your volunteer badge at all times while backstage.
Refrain from using alcohol, tobacco, vaping products, or illegal substances during the event.
Maintain a positive, encouraging attitude while representing Born2BFree, Inc.
Respect the privacy of participants and obtain permission before posting photos or videos on personal social media.

Attendance
Because the fashion show operates on a strict production schedule, volunteers who commit to serving are expected to fulfill their entire volunteer shift. If an emergency prevents attendance, please notify the Volunteer Coordinator as soon as possible.

Although this is an unpaid volunteer opportunity, Born2BFree, Inc. greatly values your contribution. Volunteers will receive:

Upon request, A letter acknowledging donated services .

AGREEMENT
I have read and understand the above agreement. I will not hold Born2BFree or its staff and volunteers responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen merchandise, equipment or supplies. Make-up Artists will hold their own licenses and insurance and will provide a copy if asked.
I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in this event and assume full responsibility for my own actions, equipment, materials, and personal belongings. Born2bfree is also released from all liability form any circumstances that may occur during this event and preparation thereof.
