I understand and agree that neither Born2BFree, Inc., nor its trustees, representatives, instructors or agents may be held liable in any way for any occurrence in connection with my participation in preparation of or during the Majestic Autumn Fashion Show scheduled for November 14, 2026, hereinafter referred to as activity, which may result in injury, harm or other damages to me or my family. As a part of the consideration for being allowed to enroll and participate in the Activity, I hereby personally assume all risks in connection with my or my family’s participation in the Activity. I further agree to save and hold harmless Born2BFree, Inc., its trustees, instructors, agents and representatives from any claim by me or my family, estate, heirs or assigns arising out of my or my family’s enrollment and participation in the Activity. I also authorize Born2BFree, Inc. to render or obtain such emergency medical care or treatment as may be necessary should any injury, harm or accident occur tome or my family while participating in the Activity. I further state that I am of lawful age and legally competent to sign this affirmation and release; that I understand the terms herein are contractual and not a mere recital; and that I signed this document of my own free act and volition. I further state and acknowledge that I have fully informed myself of the contents of this affirmation and release by reading it before I have signed it. I give my consent that this release is effective immediately and will remain effect even after my service has been completed or removed.

Stylist (Help models in dressing room) - Arrival Time 3:00 pm)
I can be a back-up model if needed. (Please put pant size, shirt/blouse size, and dress size in the comment box.) - Check-In time for make-up is early 8 am - 11 am)
Anywhere / Anytime I'm needed for the fashion show.
Runner (Assist leaders) - Arrival time 2 pm
Set-up for the event - Arrival time 9 am at hotel.
Clean-up after the event (Event ends at 8:30 pm)
Refreshment Table (re-stock food/drinks for guests)
I can help Sunday at 3pm unloading fashion show items into storage) 3 pm
Also interested in being a volunteer for other events.
